This in-depth course (adapted as an online offering) is recommended for all electrical and electronic technicians who are responsible for press electrical maintenance. Subjects include: systems overview, RS422 press communication, press console, folder console, unit, and par electronics, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting exercises. Candidates should have (but not mandatory) a solid background in press control systems, and digital electronics. Experience in troubleshooting electrical and electronic problems is a plus.

• An Internet connection, with cable modem, DSL or better recommended
