Pacesetter® saddlestitchers have set the industry standard for high-volume productivity. The Pacesetter® systems take the proven performance that has earned them the reputation for high productivity to an even higher level. Every component has been designed for optimal net throughput, signature control and operational efficiency as well as fast setups.

Pacesetter® productivity and precision advantages begin with servo-driven hoppers that make it easy to handle even the most challenging signatures and gimmicks. Because they are independently driven, each hopper can be set up, adjusted or maintained independently, even while the others are in operation. The horizontal or vertical hoppers can be easily repositioned within a system or among multiple systems, and a wide range of configuration and auxiliary options are available to meet various application and facility layout requirements.

Additionally, easy touch panels at each station put everything necessary to operate the entire system or a specific hopper at the operator’s finger tips.
